| You need to register to become an eBusiness Partner before you can log in. If you need assistance with registering, go to Register.
To Login to eBusiness Partners
- From the Univar USA homepage, click the Go button next to the words "eBusiness Login" at the top of the page.
- Enter your User ID and Password. Click Login.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Your User ID and Password are case sensitive.
- Confirm correct spelling of your User ID and Password.
- If you are still having trouble accessing the eBusiness Partners site, try clearing your browser's cache and then re-enter your information.
Forgot your User ID or Password?
If you have forgotten one or more of your login credentials, perform one or more of the appropriate steps listed below:
Access Your Password Reminder:
Note: You will need your eBusiness Partner User ID to complete the steps below. If you have forgotten your User ID, please refer to Retrieve User ID and Password.
- From the Univar USA homepage, click the eBusiness Login Go button near the top of the page.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your User ID.
- Enter your E-Mail Address.
- Click the Submit button. If the User ID and e-mail address match the information provided when your account was created, your password reminder will display.
- Return to the eBusiness Partner Login page to login.
Retrieve Your User ID and Password:
- From the Univar USA homepage, click the eBusiness Login Go button near the top of the page.
- Click the Forgot Password link at the top of the page. The Manage My Profile page appears.
- Select Forgot User ID or Forgot Password.
- Complete the remaining fields.
- When you are satisfied with the information you have provided, click Submit. You will receive an e-mail message containing the information you requested.
