Ordering Products Online

1. From the Univar USA homepage, click eBusiness Login Go button.
2. Enter your User ID and Password. Click Login.
3. Click the Create Order tab. A list of products appears. Alternatively, click Browse Catalog to view information on additional products.
4. Type a quantity in the QTY field.
5. Click Add To Order when you have selected a quantity for each product you want added to your order. A message appears indicating "Your Order has been updated."
6. To review your order, click the View Order button near the top of the page.
7. To checkout, click the Proceed to Checkout or Check Out button
8. Verify the Order Contact and Payment information.
9. Enter a PO Number, select a Delivery Date and Shipping Method, and provide any Special Instructions for the order.
10. When you are satisfied with the information you've supplied, click Continue Checkout.
11. After you have reviewed the complete order and are satisfied with your selections, click Submit Order. The Order Submit Confirmation page includes your Order Tracking Number.
12. An e-mail message will be sent when your order has been processed and again when it has shipped.

The Customer Product Code Update tool displays a list of previously purchased products from Univara USA and allows customers to enter their company's product code for use when sorting and searching product lists.

Entering a Customer Product Code

1. From the eBusiness Partner home page, click the Product Codes tab.
2. Type your custom product code in the Edit Cust Product Code field. (Note: you can update multiple product codes at once.)
3. When you are satisfied with your selections click the Update Customer Codes button near the top of the page. The page refreshes to display the updated custom product code(s) and an onscreen message appears informing you that "Your product codes have been updated." A confirmation of your changes will be sent to you via e-mail.
