| Dow and Petrochemical Industries form joint venture K-Dow |
| The Dow Chemical Company and Petrochemical Industries of the State of Kuwait announced that they have signed a joint venture agreement. Dow will transfer ownership of the technology and specifications utilized in the production of a long list of products to K-Dow. |
