 | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a Test Order for Toluene, Acetone and MEK under the Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program pursuant to sections 408(p)(3) and (5) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). This order is specific to Toluene, Acetone and MEK used in the formulation of a pesticide product. Conchemco, LTD. has selected to opt out of the testing program by not offering its Toluene, Acetone and/or MEK for use in pesticide formulations. |
